If the search package you select includes credit information an Onsite Inspection is required. It is required by the credit bureau to ensure businesses are handling credit information securely. See what the process looks like below:

  1. Register by completing the online form and making the payment

  2. Within 24-72 Business Hours, NCCI will contact you to schedule an onsite inspection via a smartphone.

  3. A completely virtual inspection will be conducted by an inspector, requiring a smartphone

  4. NCCI will provide the inspection results to us for review. If any concerns arise, we will contact you.
